Role & Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end sales order administration: create orders, issue instructions to warehouses for picking, packing, invoicing and delivery.
- Coordinate returns and manage the issuance of credit notes where required.
- Orchestrate inter-boutique transfers and stock exchange requests across network perimeters.
- Provide transport instructions in accordance with internal procedures and monitor shipment progress.
- Track merchandise flow and liaise with logistics providers, finance and commercial teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support deployment and adoption of new tools; contribute to process improvements and value‑adding initiatives in collaboration with the line manager and cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Bac +4/5) from an engineering or business school or equivalent.
- First professional experience in retail (internship or apprenticeship) is desirable.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Strong numeracy, data manipulation and IT aptitude; comfortable with Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Rigorous, proactive and adaptable with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with multiple internal and international stakeholders.
