Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the shared customer mailbox: respond to client enquiries and coordinate answers through the generic address.
- Track opening, launch and reorder orders and follow up with the warehouse and carrier until resolution.
- Issue invoices and certificates of origin using the ERP M3 system.
- Create and maintain boutique accounts on the marketplace platform and set up item references.
- Prepare weekly reports for regional teams and maintain internal client databases.
- Create article references in the ERP and ensure accuracy of the item master/reference repository.
- Support project purchasers and development teams for props by maintaining the product referential and marketplace listings.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to existing tools and processes; support tools enhancement projects.
- Manage logistics for special projects: verify and prepare ATA Carnets in coordination with transport, support design team with export/import documentation, monitor transport and project budgets, and plan returns of goods.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (work‑study/apprenticeship) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management.
- Professional level of English (mandatory); working knowledge of French is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity and a continuous‑improvement orientation.
- First experience in Import/Export or logistics is a strong plus.
