Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor weekly safety incidents for the organization, maintain and update complaint logs, analyze employee reports and formulate recommendations, and oversee complaint filing processes
  • Track international staff travel assignments, alert on specific assistance requirements through geopolitical and security monitoring of target countries, escalate imminent or developing crises, and support crisis management activities (event logs, administrative coordination)
  • Operate surveillance tools to develop and distribute security intelligence summaries across the safety network, focusing on reputation, emerging technologies, aggressor tactics, regulatory standards, and priority risk themes
  • Animate the safety function across the internal network and broader employee base through awareness campaigns, experience feedback sessions, workshops, and preventive reminders
  • Maintain and update the dedicated safety Intranet portal in coordination with internal communications, develop English-language versions for global regional Intranets, and propose continuous improvements
  • Prepare and ensure secretarial support for internal safety network meetings
  • Maintain current action plans for the corporate safety directorate
  • Contribute to transformation projects initiated by the corporate safety leadership

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Political Science with specialization in Security and Defence, or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SharePoint
