Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Safety Engineer in Orléans, France to deploy operational safety strategy and strengthen industrial safety culture. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy operational safety strategy across the Dior Campus Orléans site, ensuring stakeholder engagement (employees, external companies, subcontractors, and employee representatives) and performance metrics tracking
- Integrate group safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles to optimize the effectiveness of safety systems
- Develop and lead initiatives to strengthen safety culture on site, including employee communication and training programmes
- Actively participate in risk analyses to identify and manage action plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in health and safety domains
- Incorporate safety requirements from the design phase of new industrial projects and contribute to ISO 45001 certification deployment
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated expertise in identification, analysis, and control of industrial risks (hazard studies, chemical risks, machinery risks)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with capacity to strengthen safety culture and train employees
- Project management experience in an industrial environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, with prior exposure to project management preferred. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in identifying, analysing, and mitigating industrial risks across chemical, mechanical, and operational domains.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification in safety, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
