Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy the operational safety strategy across the Orléans campus site, ensuring stakeholder engagement (employees, external companies, subcontractors, and employee representative bodies) and performance indicator tracking
- Integrate group safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles to optimize the effectiveness of safety mechanisms
- Develop and lead initiatives to reinforce safety culture on site, including employee communication and training programmes
- Conduct active participation in enterprise risk analyses to define and monitor necessary action plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in Health and Safety domains
- Integrate safety requirements into the design phase of new industrial projects and contribute to ISO 45001 certification deployment
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, analysing, and controlling industrial risks (hazard studies, chemical risks, machinery risks)
- First project management experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting procedures, risk analyses, and action plans

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial setting, with demonstrated competency in industrial safety management and risk mitigation. First-hand experience with project management is highly desirable.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, occupational health and safety).
