Safety Engineer, Parfums Christian Dior, Chartres. Lead industrial safety strategy and risk management in fragrance manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of the operational safety strategy on the Chartres site, ensuring stakeholder engagement (employees, external companies, subcontractors, and staff representative bodies) and performance indicator monitoring
- Ensure integration of Group safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles to optimize the effectiveness of safety systems
- Develop and lead initiatives to strengthen the safety culture on site, including communication and employee training programs
- Actively participate in risk analyses and guarantee regulatory compliance through constant monitoring and regular audits
- Integrate safety requirements into the design phase of new industrial projects and contribute to ISO 45001 certification deployment
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Specialized expertise in identification, analysis, and control of major industrial hazards (ATEX, fire/explosion, pressure equipment, hazard studies, process risk analyses)
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Effective communication skills and active listening capacity
- Proactive mindset and ability to propose concrete improvement solutions

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, with demonstrated specialization in the identification, analysis, and control of major industrial hazards including ATEX compliance, fire and explosion prevention, pressure equipment regulations, and comprehensive risk analyses.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent academic qualification in a safety, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
