Christian Dior Couture seeks experienced RTW Woman Industrialization Senior Officer in Padova, Italy. Lead women's apparel production and quality management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external manufacturing partners and proprietary Centers of Excellence, resolving production and textile-related technical issues for women's apparel
- Supervise production fittings during which patterns are optimized for manufacturing efficiency and quality standards are defined
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical product specifications, verifying that production planning possesses all necessary technical information
- Monitor production advancement and quality control at external laboratories and proprietary Centers of Excellence, evaluating execution quality and adherence to agreed timelines according to production schedules
- Supervise product quality across all production phases, including fabric weaving and finished garment assembly, in coordination with textile and quality specialists
- Address identified defects by proposing and implementing corrective solutions to eliminate quality discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury fashion apparel and sportswear production
- Comprehensive knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes
- Advanced expertise in pattern engineering and prototyping
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
