Dior Créations seeks an RTW Production Officer in Padova, Italy. Oversee outsourced ready-to-wear production with 3+ years luxury manufacturing experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced RTW production, monitoring delivery schedules, production phase advancement, and coordinating relationships with external suppliers and workshops
- Develop and monitor production plans aligned with Demand Planning priorities, material arrival constraints, and production capacity; update management systems weekly and track key performance indicators
- Conduct daily coordination with Procurement, Production Planning, Engineering, and Central Planning teams to resolve production, shipment, and billing issues
- Oversee end-of-production activities, including supplier inventory verification, management of shipment and billing anomalies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analogous roles within the luxury industrial sector
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong English language skills (B2 level); French language knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze production status and advancement across assigned product categories
- Strong autonomous problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated flexibility
