Dior Créations Padova seeks RTW Logistics Manager to lead production logistics, warehouse operations, and SAP implementation for Ready-to-Wear distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize inbound and outbound logistics flows to ensure timeliness, quality, and operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse operations from goods receipt through finished product shipment
- Oversee inventory management including stock level monitoring, inventory accuracy, and stock rotation
- Supervise import/export customs operations while ensuring regulatory and documentary compliance
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments to ensure process fluidity
- Lead SAP system implementation and development for the logistics and warehouse division, supporting process optimization and best practice adoption
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 20 people, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results-driven performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience managing structured teams
- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse management systems
- Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and international logistics flows
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Leadership authority and ability to engage team members in organizational change
- Continuous improvement and process optimization orientation

Consolidated experience in leadership roles within Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain operations, with proven track record in structured team management and logistics optimization initiatives.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 58,000 per annum.
