Christian Dior Couture seeks RTW Industrial Controller in Padova, Italy. Lead SAP S/4HANA finance and product costing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse inventory valuation to ensure consistency between physical, accounting, and management data
- Develop profitability reports and variance analyses by product line, collection, distribution channel, and market, highlighting key performance drivers
- Manage product costing processes in SAP S/4HANA, including standard cost versus actual cost analyses, and purchase, production, and overhead absorption variances
- Build and enhance Finance Controlling processes by defining controls, dashboards, and analytical routines
- Collaborate with HQ, Finance teams, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external consultants to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; specialization in Finance or Controlling is a plus
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partner roles, preferably in industrial, consumer goods, fashion, or luxury sectors
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly modules CO-PC, CO-PA, and MM/FI integration
- Excellent analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent
- Good command of English; French language knowledge is a plus
