RTW Accounting Officer at Dior Crèations, Padova, Italy. Finance role reporting to Finance Director with focus on IFRS reporting and group consolidation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate relationships between local departments, external accounting providers, and Group Headquarters, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy of accounting services
  • Define, document, and enhance internal accounting processes to facilitate effective workflow coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare financial reporting and IFRS packages for local entities, reconciling Italian OIC principles with Group reporting requirements
  • Serve as internal reference point for IFRS matters, with particular expertise in IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 36, and IAS 19
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Consolidation team in Paris on consolidation activities, intercompany reconciliations, accounting policies, and Group finance initiatives
  • Develop internal accounting capabilities through technical memos, training materials, and knowledge transfer initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Professional accounting qualification or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in international or multi-entity environments
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS reporting and Italian OIC accounting principles
  • Experience with group consolidation and reporting processes
  • Proficiency with SAP and primary financial reporting tools; advanced Excel capability
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); French knowledge is a plus

Experience
