Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to strengthening and structuring the crisis management strategy by anticipating risk situations and optimizing their handling.
- Collaborate with the security department and crisis cell to deploy strategy and achieve objectives, projecting necessary KPIs.
- Participate actively in prevention and training actions for the crisis cell and on-call managers, including designing and conducting training sessions.
- Co-organize crisis exercises, including design, implementation, and feedback sessions.
- Prepare transition plans and ensure adherence by executive committee members.
- Facilitate the integration of security themes within the operational incident plan and crisis cell.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program or engineering degree in HSE risk management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good sense of pedagogy and group facilitation.
- Demonstrated autonomy, creativity, rigor, and ability to unite teams.
- Interest in cultural transformation, security, and human support topics.
- Familiarity with analytical tools (PBI, Excel) and ISO standards.
