Christian Dior Hamburg seeks a full-time Retail Working Student to deliver luxury client service and boutique operations at the Neuer Wall location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison Christian Dior, welcoming clients and creating a warm, client-focused boutique environment
- Maintain boutique floor cleanliness and ensure the security and proper presentation of luxury products
- Assist the stock team with daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes, and packaging materials
- Deliver premium client services including gift wrapping, packing, unpacking merchandise, and organizing inventory
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by attending to client needs and preferences with attentiveness and professionalism
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a German university
- Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and creative expression
- Client-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused and positive approach
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous

Entry-level; no prior retail experience required, though customer service experience is valued.
