Dior Academy seeks a Retail Training Project Manager for Fine Jewellery & Timepieces in Paris. Design training programs for luxury retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Retail Training Director to develop comprehensive training plans for retail teams in anticipation of new collection launches and high-end client events
- Design and produce innovative training materials in varied formats including paper, video, digital, and experiential content
- Partner with clienteling, commercial, product marketing teams, and external providers to develop and refine training tools
- Animate and support regional trainer communities, particularly those focused on high-end clienteling and fine jewellery & timepieces
- Deliver monthly focus training sessions for sales associates on key product knowledge and client experience topics
- Monitor training module completion rates using Power BI and communicate performance metrics to trainers
- Digitalize and publish training tools within the mobile learning application platform
- Maintain and update the database of the mobile training application
- Develop and manage community engagement around horlogerie and joaillerie on the internal social network
- Collaborate with cross-functional digital teams on Dior Academy initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (BAC +5)
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in sales and/or training within the luxury sector
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Teach on Mars platforms
- Strong fluency and writing proficiency in English
- Demonstrated expertise in fine watchmaking and jewellery categories
- Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated pedagogical and creative abilities

3–5 years of professional experience in sales or training within the luxury industry, with demonstrated expertise in fine jewellery and watchmaking categories.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent (BAC +5 standard)
