Christian Dior Couture — Retail Training Manager in Mexico City. Lead regional retail training, coaching and boutique development for Dior’s luxury network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and facilitate comprehensive training programmes for the retail network covering Dior brand culture, product knowledge, the Dior selling ceremony and client development.
- Assess training needs across boutiques and individual associates; develop and update curricula in partnership with regional and corporate teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Visual, Events, Client Engagement and PR to create seasonal product trainings and align content with commercial priorities.
- Manage the regional training calendar to support seasonal launches, events and new store openings, and oversee induction for new hires.
- Provide on-floor support, spot coaching and post-visit recaps; track training effectiveness and follow up to sustain behavioural change and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Regional Leadership to monitor productivity, coach underperforming associates and recommend talent development actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' training or learning & development experience, preferably within luxury or specialty retail.
- Advanced English (required); Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven ability to design interactive, creative and measurable training programmes across sales, product and client development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and to work a full retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum five years of training experience, ideally accumulated within luxury fashion or specialty retail environments, with a track record of delivering sales and product training across multiple boutiques or a region.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
