Role & Responsibilities
- Create regionally adapted e‑learning posts and modules that reflect APAC trends, product launches and campaign content.
- Edit and produce training video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut and related tools, including subtitle integration for multiple markets.
- Manage the e‑learning module inventory and upload content to internal learning platforms; ensure material is correctly translated and localized.
- Design and update retail and training collateral using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; coordinate production, printing and regional distribution.
- Maintain and consolidate weekly training updates and BC databases; prepare meeting minutes and distribute training recordings after monthly meetings.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Regional Training Managers) and external vendors (translation agencies, production houses, couriers) to fulfil operational needs.
- Support financial processing of quotations and invoices, monitor training budgets and reconcile expenses related to training activities.
- Provide organisational and logistical support for BC seminars, go‑to‑market training sessions and ad‑hoc regional events.
Qualifications
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship (Jun/Jul 2026 – Dec 2026).
- University student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in retail training within the luxury beauty sector.
- Demonstrated interest and basic understanding of the luxury beauty market and retail clientelling.
- Strong attention to detail, positive team orientation and basic project management aptitude.
- Digitally literate with experience in content creation and video editing workflows.
- Proactive, organised and able to operate in a multicultural, fast‑paced regional environment.
- Chinese language capability is a plus.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree programme (any discipline); coursework or certificates in communications, multimedia, marketing or retail preferred.
