Parfums Christian Dior internship in Singapore: 6-month Retail Training role in Travel Retail APAC supporting Beauty Consultant training content and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain e-learning content, including news posts aligned with regional topics such as trending products in Asia, KOL videos, and brand events
- Produce regionally adapted training materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and subtitling
- Coordinate with external vendors on translations, production, and shipping of retail and training tools
- Manage and upload training content to internal e-learning platforms while maintaining module lists and databases
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Beauty Consultant training seminars, marketing GTM meetings, and ad hoc events
- Consolidate weekly training updates, maintain Beauty Consultant databases, and ensure stakeholder alignment on training needs
- Support financial processing of quotations, invoices, and budget expense tracking
- Attend monthly training meetings and disseminate recordings and meeting minutes to participants
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student or recent graduate
- Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of the luxury beauty industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CapCut
- Strong video editing and content creation capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Fluency in Chinese language (preferred but not required)
