Christian Dior Couture Vienna seeks a Retail Support intern for full-time engagement through January in luxury fashion retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique team across all areas of retail operations for a high-class luxury brand
- Serve as an ambassador for the Maison Christian Dior, fostering a welcoming and client-focused boutique environment
- Assist with operational aspects of the department, including stock organization, unpacking, and merchandise preparation
- Deliver best-in-class service including gift wrapping, packing, and stock management
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout clients' boutique visits
- Respond to special requests and tend to the bespoke needs of clientele
Qualifications
