Christian Dior Couture Retail Support Intern in Vienna – November 2026 to January 2027 internship position
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique team across all areas of luxury retail operations
- Serve as an ambassador for the Maison Christian Dior, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused boutique environment
- Assist with operational aspects of the department, including stock organization and merchandise management
- Deliver premium customer service including gift wrapping, packing, unpacking, and stock presentation
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and attend to special client requests and preferences
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
- Client-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused and positive attitude
