Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and audit data outputs relating to stock movements, transactions and procedural activity analysis.
- Assist in stocktakes, cycle counts and month‑end inventory closure.
- Support transfers, deliveries and reservation workflows.
- Manage Click & Collect and E‑Reservations processes and related customer communications.
- Support the Boutique manager with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Handle customer service enquiries and liaise with front‑of‑house teams when required.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Motivated, proactive and able to show initiative.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with an aptitude for data and stock reporting.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience
Entry‑level / internship. No specific years of prior professional experience required; previous retail, customer service or administrative experience is advantageous. Candidate must be available to start immediately and commit to a full‑time, minimum six‑month placement.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
