Christian Dior Couture, Vienna: Saturday Retail Support Associate (9 hrs/week, CDD contract)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique team across all retail operational areas of the high-class luxury brand
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior, fostering a welcoming and client-focused boutique environment
- Assist with operational aspects including gift wrapping, packing, unpacking, and stock organization
- Deliver best-in-class service and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout each client's boutique visit
- Address special requests and attend to the individual needs and wishes of clientele
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages preferred)
- Client-oriented approach with a solutions-focused mindset
