Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Supervisor (fixed-term) for its Berlin KaDeWe boutique. Lead sales, coach the team and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day boutique operations and ensure service standards are upheld across the team.
- Onboard and integrate new joiners; support the manager in assigning responsibilities and following up delegated tasks.
- Organize regular team meetings, sales trainings and deliver spot coaching on the sales ceremony.
- Maintain and enrich the customer database; manage CRM activities and clienteling to maximise retention and sales.
- Drive sales performance by mastering selling techniques, product knowledge and coaching the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Act as a role model to contribute to overall team performance and strengthen synergies with other boutiques.
- Lead customer reception, deliver personalised advice and ensure the boutique’s image and selling space are impeccably maintained.
- Contribute to stock management: process and check incoming goods, carry out inventories and minimise warehouse shortages.
- Support sales transactions and payments when necessary; control and maintain floor display areas and merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales results and develop long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and an agile mindset.
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in retail or hospitality with hands-on supervisory duties and a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or qualification in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
