Role & Responsibilities
- Support the scheduling and tracking of global store openings and renovation projects, raising alerts and helping prioritise items ahead of Top Management validation reviews.
- Coordinate cross‑functional central teams (Architecture, Procurement, Deployment) to share visibility, unblock issues and align priorities across HQ and regional subsidiaries.
- Contribute to and maintain the worldwide development database (Anaplan), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare materials and prework for strategic governance forums (Project Committee, Regional Store Committee, Store Committee) and support follow‑up actions.
- Produce regular development reporting and proactively design new report formats to improve programme visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement of store development processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university (bachelor’s or master’s level).
- Ideally one prior internship or initial exposure to project management within luxury or a high‑project‑density environment.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with rigor, attention to detail and organisational discipline.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation, initiative and a solutions mindset.

Beginner — currently a student with ideally a first internship or practical exposure to project management in luxury or a sector with complex, concurrent projects.
