Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing store email correspondence and maintain timely responses.
- Prepare and organise store travel expense claims and related reimbursements.
- Administer employee benefits, including distribution and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update personnel files and store HR documentation.
- Oversee daily upkeep of office equipment and coordinate procurement of stationery and supplies.
- Coordinate ordering, distribution and inventory of staff uniforms.
- Support store financial operations as required: bank deposits of cash receipts, supplier payments and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with tax-related store documentation and liaise with external providers where necessary.
- Receive and process inbound store deliveries; track weekly stock transfers and follow up on outstanding consignments.
- Coordinate after‑sales handling for damaged goods and manage related service workflows.
- Compile and enter sales and operational data for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience in retail administration, store operations or a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong service orientation and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and prioritise competing tasks.
