Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, knowledge-driven customer service to fulfill client needs and secure sales targets.
- Advise and assist customers with product information specific to children'swear, including features and fit.
- Maintain store presentation: ensure visual standards, tidy displays, and attractive merchandising.
- Manage stockroom activities and replenishment, assist with receiving deliveries, pricing, labeling and back‑of‑house housekeeping.
- Perform regular inventory checks and participate in stock counts to preserve merchandise integrity.
- Execute the company sales process and retail standards consistently across all customer interactions.
- Provide cross‑departmental support as required, including coverage during peak periods and events.
Qualifications
- College diploma or associate degree (大专) or higher.
- Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation and natural client affinity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and some public holidays.
