Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Sales Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris — join the Maison to support boutique sales, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients in the boutique, delivering a refined and personalized reception experience.
- Advise customers to identify needs, propose product selections and close sales while upholding Dior’s brand standards.
- Execute and follow up sales transactions and administrative procedures accurately.
- Develop client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business, embodying the Maison’s values and image.
- Support stock management activities including inventory control and back‑of‑house replenishment.
- Contribute to in-store merchandising and visual presentation to preserve brand aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a commercial, retail or business diploma/degree programme and seeking an apprenticeship (alternance).
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine customer‑service orientation.
- Availability to join the boutique at the start of the academic year (start circa early September 2026).

Entry-level / debutant. No prior professional experience is required; the apprenticeship is designed for students to gain hands-on retail experience in a luxury boutique. Previous customer-facing or retail experience is a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a commercial, retail or business programme (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
