Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the maison on the shop floor, delivering exemplary client care and embodying Dior’s brand values.
- Welcome customers, identify needs and provide tailored product advice to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- Execute sales transactions and follow up on orders, alterations and after‑sales service with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in a third language such as Chinese (zh), Russian (ru) or Arabic (ar) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in client contact and polished professional manner.
- Availability to begin the apprenticeship from late August 2026.
