Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Retail Sales Advisor (CDD, 3 months) at 30 Avenue Montaigne. Full‑time; French & English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the Maison’s history, collections and product heritage to advise clients with authority.
- Welcome and serve clients as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering personalised, memorable and high‑touch experiences for a demanding international clientele.
- Drive sales across departments by proactively proposing complete looks and cross‑category items, and by following up on sales opportunities.
- Manage client relationships through disciplined clienteling and CRM practices to acquire, retain and grow a valuable customer portfolio.
- Monitor and act on sales KPIs and individual portfolio performance to contribute to store targets.
- Ensure accurate stock management and housekeeping of the reserve; maintain immediate knowledge of available inventory to meet client requests efficiently.
- Identify process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance store performance and client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, high‑end fashion or a comparable client‑facing role.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language strongly preferred.
- Exceptional customer‑service orientation with experience serving international and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Excellent personal presentation, autonomy, initiative and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury goods and the ability to embody the Maison’s values in daily conduct.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion sales, with demonstrable clienteling and portfolio development successes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or business preferred.
