Role & Responsibilities
- Review and approve manual order applications at retail counters, ensuring reasonableness of requests and accuracy of entries in the Agora system
- Manage communication with supply team and finance department to track order release progress and resolve processing delays
- Process annual return orders and coordinate release procedures with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and submit BC payroll documentation to HR, completing all required approval workflows
- Administer BC benefits distribution and reward prize allocations
- Conduct comprehensive salary-related data verification and confirmation with regional sales managers to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail operations or retail performance domain
- Demonstrated expertise in manual order management and inventory control systems
- Strong proficiency in payroll administration and related compliance procedures
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Agora or equivalent retail management platforms
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, finance, and human resources

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the retail performance or retail operations domain, with direct exposure to manual order management, inventory control, and payroll administration processes.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business administration, supply chain management, or human resources preferred.
