Internship at Perfumes Christian Dior in Paris: Retail Performance Projects Assistant supporting global retail operations and digital transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support market performance monitoring and KPI tracking, including deployment of digital retail tools such as the Retail Digital Assistant
- Assist in preparing strategic presentations for management committees and LVMH Group leadership
- Conduct research and analysis of strategic business, organizational, and operational challenges for senior management
- Consolidate and promote adoption of retail tools through data collection, analysis, change management support, and database optimization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or business school program
- Ideally possesses prior experience in retail environments or luxury industry consulting, particularly in retail project management or digital initiatives
- Demonstrates behavioral competencies aligned with Dior values: initiative, stakeholder management, learning agility, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving
- Fluent in French and English
