Christian Dior Couture apprenticeship: Retail Performance Project Manager in Paris. Lead retail projects and KPI analysis across French boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate retail KPIs including sales, conversion rates, traffic, customer experience metrics, and digital tool adoption on a weekly basis, providing ad hoc expertise to country management
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement through weekly and monthly reporting, best practices sharing across the network, and tailored action plans by boutique
- Lead omnichannel strategy deployment and implement the Retail Performance Roadmap with boutique follow-up and user experience feedback
- Coordinate store development projects including openings, relocations, and renovations with stakeholders, managing commercial and functional briefs
- Manage communications and training for new retail initiatives, contributing to internal newsletters and knowledge platforms
- Lead digital tool onboarding programs for new team members
- Drive traffic-counting projects and monitor key performance indicators across boutique clusters
