Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy retail-related projects and applications by planning and organizing rollout phases, conducting analysis workshops and testing, preparing deployment tools and presentations, and animating training sessions
- Serve as a key referent for European retail performance managers, addressing questions, evolution requests, and feedback while providing regular reporting on tool adoption and performance metrics
- Identify pain points and optimization opportunities through regular exchanges and boutique visits, escalating findings and recommendations to the Worldwide Retail Performance team for tool evolution and new initiatives
- Animate and coordinate the Europe Retail Performance Community and Digital Leaders Community through meeting preparation, creation of dedicated tools, and internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the region
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, with substantial exposure to retail operations in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Fluent English speaker; French-language proficiency is highly valued
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated proactive, strategic, and innovative mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-focused approach
