Christian Dior Couture hiring Retail Performance Intern in Paris; 6-month internship supporting international boutique operations and digital retail projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of international retail deployment plans
- Facilitate communication between central headquarters and regional retail zones
- Develop deployment tools, collateral materials, and project presentations
- Track project implementation on the ground and escalate operational challenges or improvement recommendations
- Conduct retail training sessions for store teams and stakeholders
- Generate KPI reporting and performance metrics for project assessment
- Coordinate across multiple international teams and departmental stakeholders (Omnichannel, Product, Clienteling, IT, Training)
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (required); Italian, Mandarin, or Japanese considered advantageous
- Strong team collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate new operational frameworks and technologies
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to project execution
