Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Retail Performance Assistant, contributing to strategic projects and enhancing customer experience. Internship opportunity starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the animation and monitoring of Customer Experience programs, including providing weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare analysis presentations for monthly meetings with General Managers and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Boutiques in managing requests and issues.
- Manage Retail KPIs reporting and analysis, including traffic counting, conversion rates, and cross-selling.
- Monitor the performance of omnichannel services and analyze the adoption of retail tools.
- Conduct specific analyses for management and prepare supporting presentations.
- Coordinate the gathering of information and redaction of weekly newsletter articles.
- Participate in monthly committee meetings to build ongoing strategy.
- Support Europe teams with questions and incident resolution.
- Collect feedback among teams and issue recommendations.
- Support setups and tests for system evolutions.
Qualifications
- Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 in Management/Business.
- First experience in a retail environment is appreciated.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience, preferably with some exposure to retail environments either in boutiques or headquarters.
Education
Pursuing BAC+4/5 in Management/Business.
