Dior Retail Performance & Operations Intern in Singapore — support boutique efficiency and retail initiatives across Asia Pacific, January–December 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Anticipate and identify market needs for Store Projects and Back-of-House (BOH) Operations optimization
- Analyze and evaluate BOH operations design at Market level, providing recommendations and validating execution
- Coordinate between Market and Regional Teams on design briefings for new store openings, including floor planning of BOH spaces
- Prepare and maintain Excel documentation on store project timelines, tracking progress and deployment of retail applications
- Plan and organize rollout phases, ensuring comprehensive training for boutique staff on new operational solutions
- Partner with cross-functional departments and regional reference teams to monitor implementation, collect feedback, provide support, and communicate operational improvements
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Beginner-level experience in retail operations or project coordination
