Christian Dior Couture in Singapore seeks a Retail Performance & Operations Intern (July–Dec 2026) to support store projects and BOH optimisation (hybrid).

Role & Responsibilities
- Support store projects and back-of-house (BOH) operations optimisation using digital tools and structured project workflows.
- Anticipate market needs and gather requirements for store projects, BOH design and operational improvements at a regional level.
- Analyse market-level BOH data, make actionable recommendations, follow up on design validation and monitor execution.
- Coordinate design briefings and communication between Markets and Regional Teams for new store openings (including BOH floor planning).
- Maintain and update project timelines and Excel trackers; monitor deployment status for retail applications and initiatives.
- Plan and organise rollout and run phases, including preparing and coordinating training sessions for boutique staff on new solutions.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and country references; conduct regular site visits to collect feedback and provide basic support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or a related field (student internship).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with aptitude for working with data and synthesising insights into practical recommendations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work across markets and regional teams.
