Join Christian Dior Couture in New York as a Retail Operations Trainee. This full-time, temporary position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in retail operations within a prestigious luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including calendar coordination, preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Organize and maintain departmental digital assets on platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Manage administrative aspects of the retail uniform program, including allocation tracking, order processing, and boutique communication and distribution.
- Track and analyze boutique, regional, and system performance data, focusing on compliance, inventory accuracy, and audit-related reporting.
- Conduct boutique visits to gather operational feedback and assess SOP adherence, identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities from data and field observations to inform operational updates.
- Analyze and present data to support actionable insights that drive leadership decision-making and operational enhancements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and digital content for Retail Excellence training and new store openings.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and departmental projects, including scheduling, material preparation, participant communication, and support.
- Contribute to various departmental goals by assisting with tasks and smaller projects.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Availability to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

Compensation
The appointed candidate will receive a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
