Retail Operations Supervisor at Parfums Christian Dior in Shanghai — manage inventory, store communications, and POS materials across Asia Pacific retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Streamline retail communication of key priorities through monthly newsletters and internal communications channels to ensure consistent store messaging
- Lead biannual national stock-take initiatives and generate inventory health reports to support regular goods returns and stock management
- Coordinate annual and quarterly goods return cycles (approximately 6 times annually across multiple inventory categories including consignment, invoiced stock, and ad-hoc central requests)
- Direct the POS materials centralization project, including monthly replenishment scheduling, budget control, and expense review for service disposables, stationery, cabin materials, IT consumables, and beauty class supplies
- Oversee all retail digital tools and platforms (communication systems and skin analyzer) ensuring regular maintenance and optimal functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inventory for Art of Gifting items, FAJ, and EW after-sales support initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or store management
- Proven expertise in inventory management and stock-take coordination
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience with POS systems and retail materials management
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple functional teams

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail operations, store management, or related supervisory experience, preferably within luxury perfumes and cosmetics retail.
Education
Secondary education or higher; qualification in retail management, business administration, or related field is advantageous.
