Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deploy retail operational projects across European boutiques (examples: Uniform rollouts, D Scan, Warehouse Order, Census).
- Maintain and update Dior Hub and D Retail Book procedures; ensure operational documentation is current and distributed to markets.
- Operate and prioritise requests for the ShopInDior tool: log requests, perform acceptance tests, and communicate releases to boutiques and central teams.
- Monitor the Operations Dashboard and key operational KPIs; prepare materials for the monthly Operations Committee and Business Reviews.
- Coordinate with central teams and regional markets (Central Europe, France & Monaco): follow performance, support local teams and conduct store/market visits.
- Organise and track commercial operations and events (e.g., Trunk Show Warehouse follow-up, annual inventory, biannual Private Sales).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives: optimise SOPs, investigate and resolve operational anomalies, and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and animate the Dior CARES community; support annual certification grid updates for assigned geographies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Master 2) required.
- Previous fixed-term contract (~6 months) or more than one year of alternance/apprenticeship in Retail or Supply Chain preferred.
- Professional working proficiency in English and fluent French.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical aptitude, results orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work transversally with retail teams, warehouse colleagues and central functions.
