Christian Dior Couture Retail Operations Project Assistant internship in Paris; 6-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in creating efficiency solutions for Retail Operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams in Paris including Supply, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Dior Academy, Audit, and IT
- Identify and document best practices from stores and disseminate them to the international Retail Operations community
- Communicate innovations and project updates through dedicated newsletters to markets and stores
- Monitor projects from implementation through to team training, collecting feedback and improvement requests
- Detect and help resolve issues affecting project launch and deployment across retail locations
- Conduct training sessions for retail teams on new initiatives and best practices
- Support the identification of new operational initiatives for retail excellence
Qualifications
- Student in BAC+4/5 program in Management, Business, or Engineering
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactive mindset, and strategic thinking
- Strong team collaboration and solution-oriented approach
- Organized, methodical, and rigorous work habits with positive attitude
- Ability to optimize beyond initial solutions to meet transversal needs
Skills
Experience
First experience in a retail environment would be valued, either in boutique operations or at headquarters level; willingness to learn the boutique environment is essential for success in this role.
Education
Currently enrolled in or pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree (Master's level) in Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
