Christian Dior Couture Retail Operations Intern in Singapore: support boutique performance analysis, inventory coordination, and operational reporting (January–June 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly operational KPI reports and provide comprehensive feedback to boutique management
- Compile and analyze client order, deposit, and after-sales data via Excel for tracking and follow-up
- Consolidate and review monthly rosters and annual leave planning based on store traffic patterns to maximize productivity during peak trading periods
- Organize stock takes and propose improvements to optimize operational workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks
- Review stock excellence standards and compliance across the boutique network
- Prepare reports highlighting sales trends, key performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate uniform orders from stores to relevant internal teams
- Participate in store attachments to gain hands-on retail experience and observe boutique operations
- Plan and participate in events and activations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced command of Excel for data compilation, reporting, and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively across boutique and cross-functional teams

Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; prior internship or part-time retail or operations exposure is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
