Christian Dior Couture in Singapore seeks a Retail Operations Intern (Jul–Dec 2026) to support boutique reporting, stock coordination and roster optimisation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and analyse sales and incentive data using Excel; translate findings into actionable recommendations for store performance improvement.
- Consolidate and review monthly rosters and annual leave planning across retail teams, aligning staffing with store traffic and peak demand to maximise productivity and sales.
- Analyse weekly packaging orders and advise on optimisation of boutique storage and merchandising spaces.
- Prepare regular operational reports highlighting key performance metrics, sales trends and areas of opportunity for store leadership.
- Coordinate uniform orders from boutiques and liaise with Merchandising and Finance to ensure accurate consolidation and fulfilment.
- Organise and support stock take activities; follow up on results and propose process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Monitor negative stock reports and coordinate prompt resolution with store operations.
- Participate in store and event attachments to observe frontline operations and provide in-field support when required.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Analytical aptitude with ability to manipulate data and draw clear conclusions.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders across functions.
- Available to commit to the internship period (July–December 2026) and work in a hybrid model including on-site boutique attachments.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for current students or recent graduates. Prior retail or operations exposure is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
