Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Operations Intern in Paris to support Europe retail operations, inventory management, and digital transformation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly internal control processes and assess compliance with internal policies and procedures, preparing executive summaries for local management
- Support in-store audits using standardized checklists, align findings and corrective actions with retail teams, and produce detailed reports with follow-up on action plans
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct analysis on sales, cash, stock management, KPIs, and IT systems
- Support Europe Operations Manager training on policies and processes
- Participate in retail project preparation, setup, and execution including payment systems, approval applications, uniforms, and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage POS system support relating to stock and till transactions, including deployment communication and follow-up across all European zones
- Coordinate annual inventory planning and execution across stores and warehouses throughout the region
- Monitor KPIs related to stock movements, adjustments, and sales performance in support of Europe Operations Teams
- Organize and support France Family Sale events, including on-site till operations (twice annually)
- Assist in Europe Operations Committee organization and Retail Operations Procedure updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent university qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint
- Business Intelligence solution experience (Power BI preferred)
- Prior internship experience in supply chain or merchandising
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively escalate issues
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with warehouse and retail teams
