Parfums Christian Dior internship: Retail Operations & Transformation Project Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support global retail digitalization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support market teams in deploying digital retail tools including Dior RetAIl, VisionArea, CEGID, and other AI-enabled solutions tailored to local priorities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to new tool launches, coordinating with field and operations teams
- Co-author retail operations procedures in partnership with relevant departments to ensure excellence and transformation standards
- Consolidate knowledge of retail tool utilization through database optimization, field team feedback integration, and change management support across markets
- Assist in developing strategic analyses and presentations for senior management addressing business, organizational, and operational challenges
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School programme
- Fluent in English
- First experience in retail, consulting focused on luxury retail management, or digital project management is preferred
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, collaborative spirit, learning agility, professional rigor, and analytical acumen aligned with corporate values

Experience
Entry-level candidates with introductory experience in luxury retail operations or digital transformation projects are encouraged to apply. Prior exposure to project management methodologies and IT-related initiatives is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or holding a degree from an Engineering School or Business School.
