Dior Parfums seeks a Retail Operations & Performance Student Associate in Düsseldorf, Germany for a 12-month contract role supporting luxury retail management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Retail and Retail Operations, Performance, and Coordination teams in daily business activities and strategic retail oversight
- Prepare, maintain, and audit business data; generate regular reports and performance analyses aligned with key retail KPIs and point-of-sale systems
- Coordinate counter-related operational and administrative queries; document and track outstanding issues from concept to resolution
- Maintain and update critical master data, contact lists, and organizational directories to ensure structured and reliable communication
- Assist with current retail projects and process improvements, including systems implementation, testing, optimization, and training materials development
- Support meeting preparation, presentations, scheduling, and general administrative tasks; independently execute smaller project components with reliability
Qualifications
- Completed a minimum of three semesters of relevant university studies
- Demonstrated practical professional experience in a related field
- Fluent English proficiency; French language skills highly valued
- Strong numerical literacy and comfort with business analytics
