Join Christian Dior Couture in New York as a Retail Onboarding & Training Trainee. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support training initiatives within a prestigious luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and design training and onboarding materials in alignment with departmental standards.
- Assist in organizing training and onboarding events, including styling shoots for collection launches, with on-site support as needed.
- Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations, digital content, and launch decks for onboarding and training initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up on tasks, updates, and reminders to teams.
- Innovate and implement ideas to enhance the onboarding experience for new retail hires, collaborating with external vendors.
- Generate reports and monitor the utilization of training tools, LMS engagement, and e-learning usage.
- Oversee the onboarding and training spaces within the internal retail app.
- Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, training logistics, vendor coordination, and sample tracking.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Availability for a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
