Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly sales reporting (sell-out) and analysis by collection, product segment, and geographic zone
- Monitor and track key performance indicators including sell-thru rates and inventory coverage
- Identify growth opportunities and bestsellers by zone, with recommendations for action plans and guidelines
- Assist in building permanent and seasonal assortments for leather goods categories
- Support buying sessions in showroom environments through forecast preparation and buying strategy development
- Establish collection sample libraries and prepare segment network segmentation by boutique typology
- Prepare debrief meetings with recommendations for purchase adjustments by zone
- Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with current business priorities
- Develop product guidelines for visual merchandising teams covering launches, capsule collections, and brand stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, engineering, or related university program (BAC +4/5)
- Final year student or taking final semester as part of study break preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English communication skills
- First experience in finance, consulting, management control, or business analysis strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork orientation and sensitivity to the luxury sector
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
