Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Retail Merchandiser (Petite Maroquinerie). CDI, full-time role in the Women's Leather Goods business unit.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define seasonal assortments and monitor deliveries for the women's small leather goods line.
- Manage the permanent offer: drive range evolution, prepare monthly replenishment plans with Supply Chain, identify opportunities and flag potential stock-outs.
- Propose seasonal rebalancing to maximize sell-through and prepare biannual destocking organisation meetings.
- Support the construction of buying recommendations and verify accurate product information in the Buying Tool.
- Prepare pre-debrief and debrief sales analyses and produce weekly performance reports for cross-category communication.
- Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth commercial studies and support the preparation of budget presentations and strategic notes.
- Define collection-level guidelines for Visual Merchandising, communicate business priorities to VM and oversee assortments during store visits and openings.
Qualifications
- Degree from a recognised engineering school, IEP or university.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a merchandising/assortment role, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen with proven analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills, initiative and autonomy with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; strong team orientation.
- High attention to detail, rigor and precision; curiosity and openness to cross-functional collaboration.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years (typically 3–5 years) in a similar merchandising or assortment planning role with demonstrable commercial results in fashion or luxury retail.
Education
Degree from an engineering school, Institut d'études politiques (IEP) or university in a relevant discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
