Christian Dior Couture seeks Retail Marketing Project Manager in Paris to oversee festive activations and boutique openings globally, driving brand strategy and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy annual 360° retail activation plans aligned with local celebrations, festive peaks, and Dior boutique openings, collaborating with key internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and client priorities
  • Conduct post-event analysis and gather feedback to evaluate impact of retail initiatives on brand perception, sales performance, and customer experience; provide optimization recommendations for future campaigns
  • Coordinate international deployment of retail events across local celebrations, festive calendars, and store openings in partnership with headquarters teams (Visual Merchandising, Image, Logistics, Design Studio, etc.) and regional offices while maintaining brand standards
  • Design and oversee creation of innovative, differentiated customer experiences for boutiques encompassing market needs assessment, animation brainstorming, prototype development, vendor management, production launch, and logistics oversight
  • Deploy implementation guidelines for various boutique activations (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, store openings, etc.) to ensure consistent and high-quality execution
  • Manage worldwide delivery tracking to boutiques and oversee billing reconciliation across all markets
  • Contribute to development and optimization of cross-functional tools to enhance operational efficiency and rationalize processes across Visual Merchandising, Image, Business Units, and regional teams
  • Monitor competitive landscape to identify innovative practices and emerging opportunities that can enrich the portfolio of customer activations and inform future initiatives
  • Supervise internship placement, providing guidance and mentorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (+5 years) from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in operational marketing project management, retail marketing, events, or client development
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or premium sectors preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional project coordination
