Christian Dior Couture seeks Retail Marketing Project Manager Fashion in Paris to drive global Fashion activation strategies and in-store experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the construction and deployment of a 360° annual retail client activation plan aligned with Fashion universes, collaborating closely with key teams and ensuring alignment with client objectives and Maison priorities
  • Define launch strategies for collections and Fashion key moments, integrating visibility, desirability, commercial performance, and customer experience considerations
  • Develop client strategy and 360° customer targeting in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure activation relevance across target audiences
  • Support pre-launch activations in coordination with regional zones to maximize engagement from high-potential customers during collection rollouts
  • Conduct post-event analyses and gather feedback to evaluate retail action impact in terms of brand image, sales performance, and customer experience
  • Implement rigorous activation tracking and monitoring via dedicated systems and tools
  • Share optimization recommendations for future activation projects
  • Coordinate global retail event deployment across headquarters teams (Visual Merchandising, Image, Logistics, Graphic Studio) and regions while maintaining Maison standards
  • Coordinate with Business Units and Press on prototype piece requirements for international shipments supporting major pre-launch events
  • Integrate customer nomination and targeting considerations into activation preparation and deployment to ensure proper identification and prioritization of key clients
  • Contribute to development and optimization of cross-functional tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes
  • Design and coordinate innovative, differentiated customer animations for boutiques, centering each initiative on customer experience and savoir-faire
  • Deploy guidelines for collection implementation and various in-boutique activations (launches, openings, special events) to ensure coherent and qualitative execution
  • Ensure tracking of worldwide deliveries to boutiques and manage billing for all markets
  • Propose new animations and activation concepts tailored to market specificities and key retail calendar moments
  • Verify that all retail activations contribute to KPIs and customer objectives of the Maison
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to identify innovative practices and opportunities for enriching the customer activation portfolio

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification (Bac +5) from a Business School, University or equivalent
  • 4–5 years of experience in operational marketing project management, retail marketing, events, or customer development
  • Experience in a luxury, fashion, or premium environment
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong analysis and synthesis capabilities
  • Creativity and sensitivity to customer experience
  • Fluent English
